Welcome to A Potter’s Life,

located at 216 Dennison St., Colonial Beach, Virginia,

in historic Westmoreland County

on the Potomac River.

Please take a look at my

pottery studio where I work and teach, the Sheppard Gallery where I display my art as well as that of other area artists, and my guest house, The Potter’s Cottage, available for rent all year.

As a retired Registered Nurse, I am at home in this quiet beach town. Living here has given me the opportunity to enjoy a slower paced lifestyle and surround myself with the things I love. Sharing my new life with family, old friends and new friends is a dream come true.
